But that opens up a whole 'nother area of speculation. Touching on aspects of alternate universes and reincarnation. Maybe that's one of the choices offered to a soul that wants to be active in the multiverse?
Of course, I see the distinct possibility that this subject could go beyond meta-continuity for NXE into actual theological discussion. If that's the case, we'd need to move it somewhere else, I think. If so, I'm not adverse to continuing the discussion in private email.
