His hands didn't hurt any more; looking at them, he saw that the palms and some of the fingers were lightly bandaged.
"How the hell'd I do that?" he wondered.
"We're... not sure," Ritsuko replied, looking briefly away. DJ didn't buy that, but he let it slide.Ok, silly question since this goes back to the second segment for NXE, but what did happen to DJ's hands? I guessed it's some sort of sympathetic reaction with Lucy but I can't recall why that would be the case. Thanks for the insight and, as always, thanks for the terrific stories!
