1) It's so poorly written (IMHO) that I couldn't really be bothered to read the whole thing, so I just skimmed it.

2) As far as I can tell, this has absolutely nothing to do with NXE - NXE isn't a SI fix (in spite of its detractors who keep insisting that DJ is one) and this looks like it's just another NGE rewrite fic. So I honestly don't see what this has to do with anything EPU related...
