#0, EPU connectivity downtime, ongoing

Just to let people know, whenever the connection comes back up and the rest of you can see the Forums again... GweepCo 41+1 (La Maison Magnifique), which provides housing for the EPU servers, suffered an unexpected loss of network connectivity beginning shortly before 1pm EST on 22 Feb 2004. This outage is still ongoing. There's a ticket open with Verizon, as it apparently involves something having gone horribly wrong with the switches in Verizon-land. Hopefully, they'll get their acts together, and EPU will once again be online and available. I'm sure they apologize greatly for the inconvenience. :-)Anyway, just figured I'd set something down, being the only one currently able to access the Forums at all. Slarti

Okay, looks like Verizon's gotten their act together, and the line's been back up for about half an hour now. Yay.Slarti
