(I assume you mean UF, since, well, it'd make less than no sense for them to turn up anywhere else... but even so.) --G. -><- Benjamin D. LAST EDITED ON 07-07-02 AT 00:26 AM (EDT) >>um. anyway. Are there any plans for the Thundercats to make any sort >>of appearance in the universe? >No. Blech. Thank god. I had quite enough of them a long, long time ago. (Those who are familiar with my pro writing will remember the Meeranon in GURPS IST. They're there because one of the players in the campaign which inspired the book was a Thundercats nut and brought in Tigra as her PC. "Whyte Tyger" in IST was a tribute to her particularly twisted interpretation of the character.) (Edited 7/6/02 to correct the suffix on "Meeran" from adjectival "-ar" to collective noun "-on". Yes, I am an artificial languages geek. So what?) -- Bob (Proud member of the Legion of Rabid Crack Weasels) ------------------- "Contrary to popular belief, penguins are not the salvation of modern technology. I remember the SilverHawks pinball machine in the bar in Megazone 23 Part II, though. --G. "Yeah... and I'm Santa Claus." -><- Benjamin D. It continues the 80's revival in comicbooks, joining GI JOE, Transformers, Micronaughts, and Battle of the Planets. (I've heard they're even thinking of resurrecting He-Man)

(I've heard >they're even thinking of resurrecting He-Man) This month's Previews has the second set of new toy releases for the series. Expect it to appear around September - the toys in there tend to have a four- to six-month lead time. (As an example, I ordered my Jenny Sparks and Engineer action figures (and the Apollo and Midnighter for my ex-girlfriend) in March and they should arrive next month; meanwhile the Vampire Hunter D statue will arrive in September and was ordered last week.) -- Geoff Depew - Darth Mephron Haberdasher to Androids, Dark Lord of Sith Tech Support. Cartoon Network is doing a new he-Man series that I'm given to understand will hit the airwaves sometime in late august.
