I've noticed alot of RCW's Is this an in-joke or am I missing something.

Also as long as there is not to much hazing involved how can I become one.
Or baring that can I create a red-headed stepchild branch the Rabid Crack Squirrels. =)

Check the archives, it's mentionned at many points...including the fact that Gryphon is...well, not happy with it seems an understatement, but I really don't want to put words in his mouth...
