I quickly glanced at the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line symbol today and it looked like an Autobot symbol. I had other people confirm it, so I don't think I'm crazy, but also after analyzing it, it sort of resembles the Decepticon symbol a little bit. Ok, just some random thing I noticed today.

Maybe it's some sort of Transformer undercover team. <g>"There is no light so bright that it does not cast a shadow; there is no darkness so deep that it cannot be dispeled by light"

>There was a transforming aircraft carrier - I forget his name. Broadside, he was one of the Autobot triplechangers. From his appearace in the Target: 2006 storyline (UK Comics) his robot for was the usual size. Similar to Astrotrain being able to carry dozens of Decepticons inside him but not being the size of, say, Devestator.

>>There was a transforming aircraft carrier - I forget his name. >Broadside, he was one of the Autobot triplechangers.Yeah, his other form was a 747 IIRC. I knew it was a dumb name like that. 'Broadside' for a carrier?! If he were a battleship, sure, great name. But what the hell does it have to do with a carrier? 'Flattop' or something like that would've been better - his robot could've had a head sculpt that looked like a buzz cut or something if they were clever.

The Graf >Zeppelin-Class was planed to have sixteen 150mm and ten 104mm guns. Um, those 4 and 6-inch guns are waaaaaay too small to compare to a Battleship. Many WWI battleships fitted 12-inch guns, and by WWII most of them had 14 or 16-inch guns, and the Japanese even launched a couple of ships with 18-inch guns... Offsides I have looked into the abyss, and the abyss looked also back into me. Neither of us liked what we saw. EPU RCW #π #include <stdsig.h>

Funny, you'd figure that any aircraft carrier would be on the decepticon's side. Considering that they had nearly all the fighter aircraft what with the seekers and such. What was his other transformation? Mistral -no quote

I got the toy from my cousin, and thus lacked a box or anything, so I don't know if the aircraft was supposed to be as large as the carrier itself. The cockpit dome kept falling off, that I remember. Maybe I'll dig it up and check again. (Assuming I knew where it is now, of course...)

The toy model is just plain ugly. One of the more memorable scenes in the tv series is when Broadside does a leaping transformation into carrier mode and lands on top of Megatron (or was is Galvatron). Megatron then suprisingly benchpresses the carrier and breaks out the can of whoop-ass.
