Heh. I was reading this at work. When they exited the TARDIS, I immediately thought "New Avalon", then tried to convince myself that Gryphon wasn't that cruel to his poor, defenseless readers. I'd almost convinced myself, despite ongoing clues, until the officer asked that the IPO be sent in. The other operator was looking at me funny when I removed my forehead from the desk.
