Says you. To me, and to all the folks I know, "y'all" is plural and a contraction of "you all." It's like "youse." Second person plural pronoun. I could (and was going to before I realized the triviality of it) dig up a bunch of sources to back this up, but since it's just a nit, I'll just let it lie.
