I'm just gonna leave this right here if you think exalted requires a lot of dice.

Also I'm gonna note that, in SR4E I have a character who pretty consistently needs to roll 37 dice. (His combat tactic is pretty much to run up to you drop the grenades in his hands. And then run to your buddies and do it all over again)
