LAST EDITED ON Oct-31-18 AT 08:20 PM (EDT) First prize, 4th grade, Katahdin Avenue School (deceased).
A few details: - The light switch in the upper left corner of the chestplate turned on or off the rest of the suit's electronics. - The buttons caused the lights opposite them to come on, except for the top two. These illuminated the eyes and ears via the black curly cable, which I believe was the cord from a broken pair of headphones; it plugged into the chestplate with a ΒΌ" phono jack. - I'm not sure now why we didn't source something to hide the wearer's eyes through the mouth slot; possibly we ran out of time, or it might have been left open for ventilation. - The calculator worked. - The headpiece had a proper suspension system in it, stolen out of one of my dad's old work hardhats, and so was surprisingly comfortable for sustained wear. - Even so, Box Robot Aristotle was not overwhelmingly comfortable, and was significantly difficult to sit down in. - Totally worth it. I wish I could remember now what the labels on the chestplate said. --G. -><- Benjamin D.
