I was working on a self-introduction for two separate upcoming presentations and I thought of including favorite quotes. One is floating around in the back of my mind not quite solidifying, and I am convinced I first came across it here, but I can't find it no matter how hard I search.

It comes from an uncharacteristically jovial Vulcan and it goes something like this:
"Mastery of emotions is more challenging than their eradication, and of the two it's a greater victory"

Could someone please help identify the source? It's been driving me crazy.
