#0, RSS issues?
Posted by ramshackle on Dec-29-17 at 03:52 PM
Hello all! Long time reader, first time poster. Haven't had much to say that wouldn't boil down to "good job!" anyways. I keep track of new EPU releases through RSS (I'm using Brief on Firefox), but there's an issue with the feed where I'm not sure if it's from my end or not.

Normal situation: Feed gets updated whenever there's a new story, yay!
Current situation: Ever since the last The Federation Lives Forever update, past Order of the Rose updates keep getting pushed to my feed, with the recategorization 2014/08/06 update showing up once. The complete audio update on 2014/08/14 respawns several times afterwards. There were some minor reappearances of past notifications for The Federation Lives Forever and Our Witches At War, but the OOTR stuff reappears the most and doesn't resolve itself after I clear out the RSS entries. The OOTR zombie notifications have a timestamp of Aug 6, 2014, 2am, which doesn't line up with the date timestamps on the actual posts.

Is this on my end or yours? I'd be glad if it was just on mine!

Weeeird. I don't use the RSS feed myself (or really know how it works on the back end), so I've dropped a note to our gracious host asking him to please look into it. Will let you know what I hear.

Has the host gotten back to you yet? I don't mind waiting if they're/you're busy. :)

I did some troubleshooting on my end and while a reinstall doesn't fix it, a different RSS reed addon doesn't have the same error. I wouldn't be surprised if it was on my end after all, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't a site issue instead.
