Anybody seen it yet? It's subbed and up at...shall we say 'certain places'.I just watched it and I liked!

I thought it was fun.It did a good job of working in the original (huge) cast and adding in newcomers. The plot is no sillier than the premise of the entire show, the tank action is certainly up to the standards of the show and it's nice to at last know what's up with Miho's teddy bear collection.

My preorder copy of the Blu-Ray came the other day; I haven't watched it yet, but just reading the synopsis on the back of the box made me a little indignant. Nothing like bad faith and moving goalposts to really set the tone for a government service agency! In New Avalon, a school Armorsport team who got treated that way would probably sack the Department of Education's offices with their tanks rather than fight their unscheduled bonus tournament. And they'd be perfectly justified in doing so. No court in the city would convict. :)--G.

Well New Avalon is just a better world.The government official is certainly a weasel and it's somewhat on a level of how Clarissa Broadback had a go at bumping the Art of Noise's gig once, only to have the 'brotherhood of musicians' counter this. Here pretty much the entire tankery community has Oorai's back, with a very heartwarming beginning of the big match that I don't want to spoil.
