the new commanding officer of Sonderluftflotte 1 Well, that'll make things a little easier.Reichsgraf von Katädien Interesting. Just a lucky guess on the Emperor's part? "Well, not the first thing," *snicker* I'll just settle back and wait for the next installment now. Peter Eng -- Insert humorous comment here.

So, Minnas promotion is a good start on kicking LeMays feet out from under him, and I really quite liked the scene with Perrine at the end of the chapter. But I think Hannalore might be one of my favourite parts of the story, especially now she's found a group she's completely fine with dropping the 'severe officer' act. "Good afternoon, ladies. ... And you," had me giggling far more than I should have for a single line. As a side note, how much is Gryph enjoying being in a universe where he's not an immortal famous hero, recognized by all? As has been mentioned before, I believe in one of the Top Gear eps, New Avalon treats celebrity with decorum, so he doesn't have to deal with much of the paparazzi effect on a daily basis I believe; but still. If nothing else, I suspect it's a refreshing change of pace.

Is it bad that I'm beginning to worry how much longer OWAW will last? I mean, we're nearly into the 10th anniversary, and I find myself nervously skipping to the bottom to see if things are wrapping up or ending on a climactic cliffhanger a lot recently. It's like it's too good and it's gonna suddenly end and I'll be like, well now what do I look forward to on a friday?

>Is it bad that I'm beginning to worry how much longer OWAW will last? You'll have a bit of warning (at least a week, I would guess), don't worry. As we go into the back half of the spring semester, in which I have 50-odd pages of research paper to come up with, I may or may not be able to keep as tightly to schedule, but I don't plan to end the series as suddenly as that. --G. -><- Benjamin D. Twas good, as always. Given that none of the professional authors I follow seem to have new books out right now (and even snippets are in short supply), it was especially welcome.
