In that case, I'll repost my last suggestion from the prior thread: BIG HERO 6.

Not UF specific, but I'm waiting for the fanfic to show up of the Big Hero 6 / Iron Man crossover. Though considering they are both Marvel, its not that much of a crossover.

In UF, I'd second Big Hero 6.

I also third that emotion and plus how about Atton Rand from SWKOTR-2?

Eleventh Doctor: I never forget a face.

The Curator: I know you don't. And in years to come you might find yourself revisiting a few, but just the old favorites.

Huh! An interesting choice. I just restarted Jedi Academy today, in fact, and had been waffling between that and KOTOR2 beforehand. I still think Kreia had some of the best lines of the game, but Atton definitely had a bit more interesting backstory than 'male hanger-on #1' Carth Onasi.

Okay, here's one: Alex Mack from the 90s Nick series The Secret World of Alex Mack. I've never actually seen it myself, save for short clips here and there (I only even remembered her because I'm currently reading Diane Castle's fic The Secret Return of Alex Mack), but she has a nice set of mid-range superpowers. I think she'd fit in nicely with the Titans or one of the other super-level groups, although she'd get along well with the Duelists, too.

I'm gonna say Nani and Lilo Pelekai.

Presumably they had something to do with the liberation of the Hawaiian Islands from Earthgov...

The Vault Hunters and the entire planet of Pandora from Borderlands, Borderlands the Pre-sequel, Borderlands 2, and Tales from the Borderlands. A planet of lawless murder, high-octane insanity, mutants, midgets, vaults full of alien treasure, monsters, weapons and all kinds of goodness.

After all, I have sworn to name my firstborn Loader Bot.

...okay, not really. Gryphon will also probably want to kill Claptrap on general principles because Dubstep.

Ah, but Pandora exists in UF! It's mentioned off-hand a few times in Shepard's 11. No idea whether the Vault is actually -real-, or what it might be, but the planet and it's unique brand of lawless insanity are a part of the background hum :)

Okay feelings on NCIS or it's sister show NCIS LA?

I do love me some Ducky and Abby, but I will be keel-hauled before I am forced to write dialogue for DiNozzo.

Probably working for the WDF, dealing with criminal matters involving military personnel in the Republic of Zeta Cygni and its allies. Crosses paths with the IPO's CSI crew, but they rarely work together on the same case, partly due to matters of jurisdiction, but mostly because Gibbs and Grissom can't trust Abby and Greg to work in the same lab together without things getting...complicated.

The phrase "ONE time! That happened ONE. TIME." would come up. A lot.

Frightening mental image (and note, just an image, not UF canon in ANY way):

Abby Sciuto, Annaliese Fleming, and Coraline Jones out on the town.

I'm actually hoping to see more with Father Deprew and his quests but my question is what's the origin of the "Church of Man"?

In UF, I don't remember, but I think the Church of Man is from Wing Commander Privater. They have the same technology is evil vibe in any case.

And what about International Rescue?

Please, please, please give us a counterpart to the esteemed Chin in the Crown Colonies. I have the perfect one in mind:

Rowley Burkin, QC.

of course at the time i was very... very drunk

Perhaps in cahoots with the rather florid-faced and opinionated old barrister, Horace Rumpole (who never made QC, much to the relief of many at the Old Bailey).

Since the Chief is playing the games, I'd love Johnny Gat to show up as a crazy Einherjar, who got bored with eternal combat in Valhalla and is currently Tearing Ass through Musphelheim like the criminal badass that he is.

In similar vein, and I know it's a long shot: Nuclear Gandhi from the Civ games would be interesting as an adversary. Nothing says pacifist motivations like thermonuclear warheads. =]

Additionally, if mods are okay, I'd quite like to include Faiza al-Rahman from the Crescent Company mod for Civilization: Beyond Earth. This has nothing to do with the fact that I wrote her backstory. Nothing at all. =]

For real though, Colonialist Legacies: Interstellar Voyages was gonna be awesome. We intended to have eight factions in the pack, including Anglo-Hindi technocrats, Dutch white-collar crime barons, a semi-sentient botnet from a Japanese fishing village, and an Algonquin tech-savvy Robin Hood. We never got that far, because Civ: Beyond Earth rapidly reached deadgaem status, but it was some of the best mostly-original sci-fi I've ever had the privilege of working on. I miss it far more than I probably should.

I don't know why, but the thought of this inter-dimensional traveler popping up in FI for a short visit just tickles me pink:

ACE RIMMER! (What a guy.)

Well, it would be funny anyway....

Not so much a character, as a character image:

Somebody goes net-diving as one of the characters from Wreck-It Ralph.
