But it does appear that Gendou Ikari finally bagged himself a sweet merchandising deal.

He looks so happy. Maybe all the man ever wanted was a decent shave.

Fricken saved! I'm gonna make a reaction image macro out of that radiant Ikari.

As an aside, does anyone here reside in Japan? I've never needed anything over three blades, but that Ayanami-edition Hydro 5...that smile...hilarious! I want it so much.

I lived there a while myself and some of the locals are capable of some pretty gnarley hair growth. This is because of some of the 'lower casts' back in the day when that sort of thing mattered interbred with the natives when they colonized Japan.

So yeah. Setups like that have their place, even in Japan.
