The bad, or possibly good, news is that it now appears that The Fulcrum of Fate will not be four parts after all, but five.

The good, or possibly bad, news is that Part IV should be out within a day or two, depending on how things go in final checkout!

It's not packing as much action as Part III, sad to say, but there are a lot of interesting developments and Part V wouldn't make any sense without it, so it's kind of important. :)

Sounds like good news/good news, to me! FoF has definitely been one of my favorites so far, and I would be most pleased to see it continue.

And having another iteration out Very Soon Now does -not- hurt my feelings either. =P

That sounds extremely "good/good" news to me!

Woooo!

...but having read it, I have this twisting nervous feeling in my gut about that ending.

It has to be said...

I have a bad feeling about this.

I was laughing madly at HK-47's 'sympathy' for Doc. Priceless!

I've been ruminating over this episode. First, very well done. If the plot elements built into IV lead where I think they will, V will be a most excellent (most likely) conclusion to this arc.

That said, I very much enjoyed this episode for what it was. Plot development, character development, and relationship development. What too many space opera writers forget is that you don't need an action sequence every other page in order to have a good story.

Thank you all, usual suspects. With this level of story telling, if you keep posting 'em, we'll keep reading 'em (and sending others to read them as well).
