Some time ago, Mephron gave me a pointer to the Official Seal Generator. From time to time I go back and mess around with it. It's probably my second favorite graphic toy on the web after the St. Claire Safety Sign Builder, which edges out the Seal Generator because it enables me to make things like this:

(What can I say, my sense of humor is often sophomoric.)

Anyway, the Seal Generator's fun too, albeit for different uses. I was fooling around with it the other day and realized that it has what would have been the perfect Super Group logo for the Tiny Super Group that Gen. Rossum was in before I transferred her off Virtue to make room for Torchy, except for the small problem that it's not available in City of Villains:

Oddly, they do have Captain Photon's logo:

And naturally they have the scales of Justice:
