This series is using material and characters from both Marvel and the Bubble Gum Crisis series, but will it be referencing material from anywhere else?

If that's one of those questions that's better left un-asked, then I apologize for bringing it up. I'm mostly curious if I should keep my eyes peeled or if any hypothetical references will be as well used as Jim Rhodes and Pepper Potts.

Kind of a sticky question, that; it all depends on your view of "referencing", I suppose. I mean, I'm sure there are references to other things in there already. The presence of a MechWarrior-based MMO/battlepod game in the story universe comes to mind. As far as dragging in other materials wholesale and making structural elements of them, as with the Iron Man and BGC stuff, no, not if I can help it. I'd rather TIA didn't turn into another NXE ("wait, what's with the 2001 stuff all of a sudden?")...

I forgot about Mechwarrior, but aside from that, "I'd rather TIA didn't turn into another NXE," was pretty much what I figured. Thanks for the answer!
