I've stumbled upon these photos in Russian cosplay community. Authors never heard of the Symphony, but I can't stop thinking that it's more like SoS cosplay rather than canon.

Honestly, given your aesthetics, I've always just assumed that awesome overcoats are part of the accepted Dress Uniform (Winter) of both the IPO and the WDF.

There *is* a trench coat, or at least Utena was wearing one while standing in the registration line back in S2M2. I assumed that was school-issue, but only the author knows for sure.

It's never too late. Though it does seem like a good fit for those cold winters at WPI and DSM.

It certainly would've helped that first winter at WPI when she was running around in shorts well into December, the poor girl.
