How about a mailing list for being alerted when something new pops up on the What's New page?-NeoRaven Who often forgets to check this page and curses himself for it...

There are other ways of doing this that don't involve annoying the admins or making them do additional work. After all, that's what the What's New page is for...Just my $0.02, not trying to step on any of the admins' toes.
