We're getting close to the end of Volume 2 now; after this one, probably only two more chapters to go (although one or both may be slightly longer than usual).

Sometimes, universe is perverse. Sometimes, it's people in it. And Miki is the target of cruel irony. Don't feel so bad, Hatsune! You don't have a personal faceship.

Yet.

True. The Greater Rigel Sector Co-Prosperity Sphere Defense Force has an entire Hatsune class of destroyers, though. CPS Hatsune, CPS Yokune, et al.

ROADEE+ FriendBus

That makes me think that there are two or three variations of FriendBus, and that this is the rock band variation.

(side note: I did a web search to find out that the FriendBus is probably set up with the driver's seat on the left. After that, I had to reboot my imagination to reset the parameters.)

"Why do you suppose that guy was buying so many cabbages, poi?

I have no useful comment, I'm just laughing at this.

And they have a name! Hooray!

As noted in the Annotations, there are three different sizes of FriendBus and the same three sizes of FreightBus, for a total of six available ROADEE variants (not including trim levels, special equipment packages, and so on).

Indeed, they do drive on the right (of the road, that is) in the United Republic. I know, Miku thinks that's weird too. She's lived most of her life in places where they drive on the left.
