One careful owner. Only used on Sundays for trips to the shops...

... in Berlin.

There's only 149 days until Christmas! I'm just puttin' it out there.

I think the shipping puts it just outside the reach of my budget. Damn shame!

Also, the cost.

Not to mention the insurance! I found the "get insurance quote" link at the bottom maybe more amusing than it should be...

... if it weren't for the TV adverts over here for "Compare The Market" insurance that use an animated meerkat. Now I'm imagining meerkats in tanks.

As the Meerkat resembles a cross between a dune buggy and a grader (and is of similar size), I'm having trouble figuring out how you fit one into a tank.

Now I'm imagining Timon and Pumbaa playing Halo.

Just for laughs, I dug this post up and clicked the link, on the off chance that Hemmings Motor News isn't diligent about cleaning up old items on their website.

Turns out they are, but I got a laugh out of it, because it gave me a page with a header reading, "The ad you're looking for is no longer available, but here are a few others just like it," followed by three current listings...

... for other Buicks: a 1970 Electra and 1970 and 1963 Rivieras.

(If you missed it, the original ad was for a Buick-manufactured M18 Hellcat tank destroyer.)

So, yeah! Close enough! Particularly the Electra. :)
