The fifth and final new character for Ultra Street Fighter 4 has finally been announced, and it's Decapre. Obviously things are not -exactly- the same, and I'm quite sure she'll be toned down some between now and the game's release this summer, but I thought that might be an interesting factoid for those of us who still enjoy this series. =)
