Since Thicker Than Water has overflowed its originally intended boundaries and looks like it will probably be leading into a second story arc on the same tangent, I decided to give the whole thing its own sub-subseries page under OWaW, which means TTW is now the first volume of:

Gallian Gothic: A Romance in Wartime

TTW itself should, gods willing and the crick don't rise (again), wrap up with the forthcoming Act VIII, after which the second arc, tentatively titled Moonlight Sonata, will hopefully connect Gothic back up to the main OWaW universe and simplify my life somewhat.

NOTE: The links in the old TTW posts below, and the original entries on the What's New list, will still work, but will no longer point to the current, maintained versions of the files, which will now be the new copies linked from the Gothic homepage. I haven't edited the individual episode files to reflect the new titling yet, but that will come at some point. I've spent most of the evening today putting together the new page itself.

Thank you for your forbearance in this matter. Not that planning is my strong suit in the first place, but this particular wave broke upon me so suddenly I didn't really have time for even as little as I usually do.

I think we're done with the "bullet hell" portion of our program at this point, but I shall take it under advisement. :)

Here's how long it's been since I did any system administration to speak of: it took me this long to think of symlinking the new versions to the old filenames, so that the links in the Forum posts for the individual TTW acts would still work and pull the Gothic revs of the files.
