I know this is probably a dumb question, but why does the Gryphon have a pompadour and a microphone? I don't get the reference...******************************

By an odd coincidence, it's also my father's birthday (some years later), but we couldn't really kit Reilael out to make reference to him, as the beak doesn't lend itself to being fitted with an engineer 'tache. :) For those who may not have been around before the RSS What's New feed went live, the Elvis version is the newest of several holiday variants on our mascot, which was originally designed to appear on the What's New page. I re-did the Forum header graphic last night when it occurred to me that, now that there's an RSS feed, people probably aren't looking at that page much any more, and it seemed a shame for all of Phil's hard work to languish unseen in a dusty corner. --G.
