I might not have gone ahead with this joke, but the very first screencap I found from that scene featured what looks for all the world like Korra looking at the observer with exactly the kind of expression you would expect from someone saying the caption - an excellent example of the false face effect one often finds in still frames from moving picture sources. At that point, well... I kind of had to. :)As an aside to the aside, what the hell, man? I mean, can you just imagine the production meeting? "Guys, we have a problem. In hindsight, I've recently realized that Korra ended up in a lot of really creepily rapey situations in Book One. I mean... the chi blockers, Amon, Tarrlok, Tarrlok again, Amon again, Amon again... what can we possibly do in the kickoff for Book Two to top that?"
"Ahaaa! I have it - tentacles!"
"Brilliant! At last, something for the creepier Rule 34 fan artists to really sink their teeth into. Start your engines, boys!"
If I hadn't already known at least one of these guys used to work on Invader Zim, I wouldn't be surprised to discover it now. :)
