"Amusing Norse Stuff"

I was doing some research on Norse Mythology simply for the fun of it... and ran across this:

http://www.geocities.com/mollyjoyful/norse.htm

Towards the bottom is a section labeled Fun Norse Mythology Stories. I found it rather amusing, and thought I'd share. Who knows, maybe _some_ of them can be referenced as embarrassing stories in UF, most probably just plain didn't happen though. Didn't think it really fit in the UF section so I plunked it down here.

Why does it not surprise me that the Norse had a god and goddess of ale?

>Beyla: Goddess of ale.

>Byggvir: God of ale.

Don't you wish you could turn up the intelligence on your TV sometimes? They've got one dial marked brightness, but that don't work.

I suppose under the logic that if a little ale is good, a lot of ale must be Really Good.

It'd be nice if there were links to the actual myths in question. Oh, well.
