"Azula fanart"

I might have posted this before, but a search of my history on the forums didn't turn up anything.

Oh, I like. And the Devart page notes she's firebending the heat out of the weapon. Now THAT'S an interesting idea.

It makes more sense than the actual in-game explanation for how that mechanism works, which is thermodynamically preposterous to a degree that makes firebending seem perfectly reasonable. :)

Also, I just noticed that she's left-handed in this picture. You don't see that very often.

As for whether Azula works as an incarnation of Shepard, well, pardon me while I apply my standard benchmark test...

"You're working too hard."

... Yeah, that works. She doesn't even need to pick up the frammistat. :)

Word is they were working on a hybrid system for ME2: you could either allow the gun to cool like you did ME1, or you could eject the heat sink to make the gun instantly usable again. Apparently they couldn't get it to work without it being too clunky, so just ditched it in favor of limited ammo.

Then, to top it off, they had Conrad Verner comment on it in ME3, saying that switching from self-cooling guns to heat sinks was a a step backward.

Ha, that one's actually slightly better than the original, because Azula would say it so much more cordially.

Plus, her sense of timing would be better, saying it before kicking him out the window. It'd be like the scene in Winter Soldier, where the guy has just enough time for the 'Oh Crap' moment before he's falling :)

Azula strikes me as the kinda person who could easily master the "Bond One Liner."
