   On the one hand, well, televangelist.
On the other hand, as best as I've been able to tell, not actually being from/in the US, he seemed like a reasonable and fairly decent sort? Pretty much the opposite of what one see about the vast majority of such people.

And, just as an aside, I can't help thinking that that name sounds like the name of an old-school wrestler, which, you know...coolness! Tonights match for the heavyweight title, Lou Thesz vs. Billy Graham!
