What surface scan? Mia was with the Galaxy House group, and thereby never even picked up by the PsiCorp. Are we missing a section?

The surface scan Martine LeClercq performed on everyone she interviewed in Roses in Springtime. Roger, as is mentioned just above where you cut the quote out, has read her report.

Yesterday I tried a yellow Spiker color for my mohawk and some of the it came off on my pillow. I'm feeling a bit weird right now

aha... perhaps you should have let it set, then washed your hair to take the excess off? kinda like washing a new red shirt seperate the first time so that the rest of your clothes don't end up pink...

Ice Spiker Colors are a mixture of the regular Spiker ( a paste that will hold your hair in any shape or form until you wash it out) and temporary hair color. Truss might be interested in the blue one.
