"Memo from the Sports Desk"

Few Jedi understand the psychology of dealing with a Republic clone trooper. Your average Jedi will panic and immediately get gunned down amid the Day-Glo bushes. This is wrong. It arouses contempt in the clone-heart. Make the bastard chase you. He will follow.

Fascinating. Of course, he will give chase, given who he was cloned from...

Might I ask what brought this on all the sudden?

I'd have to do some research, but I think this is a quote from the twenty-fifth century gonzo journalist.

It's possible that watching Revenge of the Sith and re-reading Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas in the same evening is not advisable.

We were somewhere around Anchorhead on the edge of the Dune Sea when the drugs began to take hold.

And suddenly there was a terrible roar all around us and the sky was full of what looked like huge mynocks, all swooping and screeching and diving around the landspeeder, which was going about a hundred miles an hour with the top down to Mos Eisley. And a voice was screaming: "Great Light Side! What are these goddamn animals?"

Then it was quiet again. My Master had taken his tunic off and was pouring Old Janx Spirit on his chest, to facilitate the tanning process. "About what the hell yelling are you," he muttered, staring up at the suns with his eyes closed and covered with wraparound Corellian sunglasses. "Never mind," I said. "It's your turn to drive." I hit the brakes and aimed the Great Krayt Dragon toward the shoulder of the highway. No point mentioning those mynocks, I thought. The poor bastard will see them soon enough.

Well, I hope so. It would be a great shame for his message to be lost, especially now that we need it more than ever.
