   I'm not sure if I should break or if I should groan. Maybe I'm just too tired right now. (Seriously, that statement can be interpreted about half a dozen different ways. Maybe I should use it as my new .sig.)

The funny thing is, he's right. Data's skull seems to be one of the popular tourist attraction for script writers these days.

We just started getting raw plates in from production, and that was the content of one of the first shots I scanned.

We'll see if I'm still cracking jokes after 6 months of it, though. :)

I'm sooo tempted to ask some questions about this (such as concerning B9), but I know the pointlessness of asking you to violate the NDA. So I'll just accept that as a little teaser, and start marking my calendar.

Well, at least there are things to break it up... The Count of Monte Cristo, Blade 2, Spiderman, Attack of the Clones, Men in Black II, to name a few...

I didn't think it was much of a scoop, seeing as there's almost always an excuse to open one of his cranial access panels. "We paid for the fake Data head and, by God, we're gonna use it!" :)

Actually, they just announced a November 22nd release date for Nemesis, so after all the posturing about making it a summer release again, the fell back to their customary spot. Not sure if they did it to escape the heavy summer or just because they needed more time, but I have a hard time believing the former, seeing as it puts it right in the crossfire of Chamber of Secrets and The Two Towers. The only plus I can see is that it's sci-fi in a fantasy market, but I have to imagine the base audience for all three films is close to identical, save the slightly younger numbers for Harry Potter.

But, whatever. Lots of fun movies this year, so screw the demographics. :)

Of course you will... by that point you'll be so sick of it you'll HAVE to crack jokes about it or you'll have a psychotic episode. ^_^;

That's why I'd never, personally, want to work on one of the franchises I'm such a big fan of. Whatever it is I'd worked on, I'd never be able to just sit back and experience; I'd constantly be taking it apart to see what worked and what didn't. Sort of like something Peter Jackson said about Lord of the Rings; if I were to do something on that scale (doubt that I ever would, but still) and I couldn't sit back and enjoy it, it'd frustrate the hell out of me.

"Fannish" has two N's. Otherwise it'd be pronounced like "rain-ish."
