With the (obvious) popularity of EPU's works, you'd think this would be more common... ... but then again, perhaps not. At any rate, I spotted a hand-made window sticker on my way to work today that got a quick laugh. (large text omitted :)

They don't actually count as part of the license number though, so the number has to be unique without them. So you can't have HI<heart>HUG id HI HUG exists.
