My name's E.O. Stinson, I am currently in Tallahassee, FL for the summer although I go to WPI (which is in large part the fault/gift of UF), and am enjoying being a CS/TechWriting double major and a Neo-Wedgerat (class of 2004 somehow formed our own group). Haven't watched much anime, though I like it when I get the chance, (BGC-2040 is pretty close to my style, Lain is a bit slow, Akira is bizarre but cool, etc).
I, in typical geek fashion, read SF, do constructive things with my computer (though I take flak for being a Win2K user), and spend a lot of time online reading stuff or yammering at people. I also play ultimate frisbee somewhat religiously, expect to live forever, and tend to stay up far too late.
I ran into Eyrie from Elf's stuff (seems to be a pretty common link-point) around early 1998, started reading at UF Core 1, and worked my way systematically through everything Eyrie (and everything linked from Eyrie). When I started looking for colleges, I ran across WPI on a search for schools with CS as one of the top 3 majors, started investigating further, and reread some UF. After a visit to WPI, and a realization that people there seemed to be startlingly like me, I applied, got accepted (and given some free money), and enrolled. So far I'm loving it.

Hey Gryph (or Truss), do we have any links to Elf's stuff? Considering how many people find us from his site, I think it'd be nice to return the favor... besides, Elf is just durn cool. :-)
