"If I was a UF Avatar Part Duex"

The origins of Aaron Jackson Stryker date back to the First Salusian Contact, when a young menial laborer joined up with the Wedge Defense Force on the premise of looking for a sense of purpose in his life. Originally, becoming yet another faceless worker with the typical sense of humor of the original WDF members, he soon opted for star fighter training and was eventually assigned to a Valkrie squadron. Some speculate it was the thrill of combat, and flying at high speeds in space, which gave Stryker a sense of purpose. Throwing sane strategies and tactics to the wind, he became immensely unpredictable in combat, and prone to berserker rages that would of made Haywire proud. Despite the fact that he was never eligible for officer material (nor known for keeping things civil), he nevertheless managed to gather a formidable group of racially diverse individuals who seem to appropriate his chaotic demeanor. Eventually, to keep this group of star fighter pilots (who called themselves the Renegades) under wraps, the top brass decided to form them into a last resort squadron, only unleashed when a battle was going really bad, or when they didn't care for enemy survivors. Soon, the Renegades became notorious (not famous) for their maniac behavior in battle and their utter fearlessness of any situation. They became so well known and feared, that the mere mention of the Renegades being assigned to a situation made enemy forces back out of a battle, or even entire wars. Unfortunately, they were a severe disciplinary hazard for the organization, having visited the seldom-used brig on the Wayward Son more than any others in the known universe; and their sheer destructive attitudes gave Mega Zone more than their fair share of headaches. It was when they severely screwed up an operation in which they not only destroyed enemy forces in combat, but some allies as well, that the WDF had no alternative but to release the Renegades, forcing the crazed bunch to become mercenaries to survive. And survive they did, with a group that was made up of well over a dozen races, all Detianized (Human, Klingon, Salusian, Zardon, Caitian, Chameloid, Jawa, Pakled, Twi'lik, Wookie, Narn, Predator, etc.) Naming himself Captain, AJ Stryker somehow managed to acquire a YVG Corvette and named it the Ugly Bastard, created Exo-frame technology ( as well as a rather primitive looking female android and a very cynical AI) and proceeded to lead the Renegades into even more notoriety. When the WDF fell from grace, having lost the Wayward Son against the GENOM Dreadnaught, the crew of the Ugly Bastard found themselves in a universe more to their liking. Fighting old enemies and getting contracts on a near weekly basis, they soon became one of the most sought-after mercenary groups in the cosmos, although not on the larger scale like the Freespacers. They were mostly hired to help protect and patrol shipping lanes, hunt down some of the most hated criminals and terrorists (although they refused to assist in any form to help in tracking down the supposed Butcher) and to destroy criminal star bases, among other jobs. Throughout the years they went through a large amount of individuals who sought to join the Renegades and managed to acquire more money than they knew what to do with. No Renegade has ever let it known (save to each other) what they have done with their fortunes, but it is expected that they have the means to live comfortably if they ever tire of mercenary work (or living in general). The money of those who fell in battle was divied up among living members. When the WDF came back to fight the threat of GENOM, the Renegades stopped their week-long drinking binge and raced throughout the cosmos to make it to the last battle of the Corporate War. It is unclear what they did, how many GENOM ships they took out or how much destruction they caused, as every Federation, WDF, CFMF and every other allied force steered clear of the highly recognized Ugly Bastard. Well, that and the crew were heavily intoxicated and wasted out of their minds. Afterwards, a communique sent to them from Admiral MegaZone demanded that they stay out of the taking of the AT&T battle station, and for the first time they actually obeyed. When everything was all and done, the Renegades briefly retired for fifteen years, and bored out of their skulls, decided to let the universe once again that they were still alive and kicking. A rather amusing feature on all the vehicles, patches and on the Ugly Bastard itself is the Renegades symbol, a clenched fist in a black glove, with the middle finger sticking out.

The Undocumented Features is the property of Eyrie Productions, sorry about inconsistancies and anything else that might be screwed up. But at the moment I am quite drunk.

Hard as hell to type that way.....

Please don't do this here. I'm not going to want to read them, and they'll give me false positives for new posts on the UF board.
