"Questioning remarks..."

   So I've once again de-lurked...
Been re-re- (ad noctum) reading the UF and I must say that it has held up very well in my estimation. I know that Gryphon, et al. have hundreds of better things to do. You have my appreciation for all the effort and time these stories take.

That said, is there any plan to continue the Fifth Symphony? Please don't get me wrong, I'll read, enjoy, and laud praise on the authors regardless of the frequency of the output. Just somewhat curious if the muse has run it's course on that particular tangent.

Anyway, WoC was a great bit, and I really like what you done with the Autobots and Decepticons, both recently and overall. Keep up the great work, if you will.

I'd love to be able to answer that question, because if I did it would probably mean I knew that myself. It was supposed to have been done ages ago. I even know more or less how the rest of it goes, so it's not like I'm occasionally walking into the living room (as it were) and then thinking, Now what did I come in here for? It just... ain't happening.

I sometimes think I never should have written Interlude at Vortigern's Lake #2. Not because what happened in it was the Wrong Thing, as some have put it to me over the aeons since - I continue not to believe that - but because it has been the devil's own short hairs getting anybody who was in it to show up for work since then.

I hope the hell not. I can't do the rewrite of Infamy and start in earnest on The New Frontier until the bloody thing is done. Well, I could, but there are bits that wouldn't make a ton of sense.

I assure you, some of us are trying, but YOU try to tell Utena Tenjou what to do and we'll see how many limbs you have afterwards.

(rassum frassum glad the medical plan here includes regenerators)

Hey, she just became a parent. If she's like the rest of us with newborns, she is exhausted - sleep deprived, terrorized by paranoia, busy caring for anthy, and running interference on the hordes who want to see the kid. If I was her, a call to the green room would be the last thing on the priority list. No wonder she ran away to the navy less than a year after the kiddie was born.

"I am wanted dead by at least seven different pirate gangs. I have spent the last few months in a near-constant state of being shot at. I got blaster burns in places not even that crazy salarian doctor knew existed. And it's still less stressful than Anthy demanding fifteen plates of spaghetti and road tar!"
