Did Lara Croft get a hold of the fountain of Youth? Haven't seen a D-cup 15 year old girl shooting dinosaurs since I stumbled across the comics my cousin hid under his bed in 1982.

t.

She was. After a week of playing, I'm reconciled to Lara's new figure. I just need to figure out how to give her a set of secondary ears and make her blond...

Ah, okay. I was confused mainly because I wasn't aware that she was supposed to be that young in the original game; ISTR the original docs saying she was in her late 20s when the game opened.

Heh. She's 19 or so now, if I have the new back story right.

t.
wants more middle-aged heroines in her video games.

They'd have to acknowledge things like sag and backaches if that were the case.

And you know how 18-24 year old men can be about such things.

ITYM, 25-44 (which is the current demographic that video games are seeking, not 18-24.)

Ah, yes. How silly of me. 18-24 is Marvel and DC comics (where impossible breasts are even more prevalent).

What has me boggled is that Square-Enix bought out Tomb Raider...

Tomb Raider RPG anyone?

Will Lara gain that next level in jumping before the section boss can catch up to her. Tune in next time...

But Mulder wasn't the protagonist in that, he was the protagonist's *father*.

I don't object to using Lara Croft as a supporting character, unless we're talking about the next entry in her own damn game series.

I am not understanding the reference to Setsuna Meiou in this context.

Setsuna Meiou is Sailor Pluto in Sailor Moon; the aforementioned staff is hers, and she has powers over time.

All that said, I'm not sure where she comes into this whole conversation, either.

Actually, I was more referring to the watever it is that Sora has in Kingdom Hearts, though it does look a bit like Setsuna's Time Key

That's cause Star Ranger was refering to the 'Keyblade' weapon used by the main characters in Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. (I think)

The Keyblade is basicly a sword with a heart shaped handguard and keylike prongs on the sharp end.

The keyblade in Kingdom Hearts has several forms, but the most basic is... well, basically a big jailer's key. The only one with the heart motif is the one from Wonderland, if I'm not too badly mistaken. Been a while since I played the games.
