"(upcoming) detail shot"

Anybody else remember Games magazine? My mother subscribed when I was a kid. One of their regular features was showing close-ups of bits of things and challenging the reader to guess what they were.

My favorite feature was always "Find the Fake Ad".

I'm not sure *what* it is, but it *looks* like a shot of the area of an AR-15 lower that includes the safety selector... though it's not supposed to have gubbins all around it like that.

I had a subscription. I don't remember how much money I was out when they sank under the weight of the rest of the publishing empire. Then I got a subscription when they came back, and...well, I was out more money.

Totally worth it, though.
