   I know I'm necroing an old topic, but this is the first I've seen it...and I have to say that...Variable geometry aircraft like the VFs, if we ever manage to make them, is going to make air shows infinitely more awesome.

and re: your comment on airshows - if anything, it looks like we'll get two for the price of one - aerobatics and skydiving demos in one set ;)

I go back and watch it again from time to time. Part of what makes the video awesome is, of course, the music. Is it any coincidence that Macross Frontier marked the return of Yoko Kanno to the Macross franchise? Both All that VF clips used Kanno compositions, one for pop star Sheryl Nome, the other a background track.

And I agree with Mogsy. Skydiving AND Aerobatics! Pure win.
