"STO Season 11"
 
   So far, we've only gotten a vague description and no details, but the description can be summed up as 'the war is over. Time to be explorers again'

As someone that hasn't enjoyed the Iconian War very much, and originally got STO to have weird science adventures of the week, I'm really hoping they don't mess this up.

   Update: this season is actually pretty good. The new STFs are tolerable, Mirror Leeta is entertainingly hammy, and the admiralty system has made grinding spec points a snap. In an upcoming patch, they are also letting you set space and ground traits separately (another 9-trait panel for ground so you don't need to switch).

Finally, I now have a Sheshar, AND broke the 30k DPS barrier :toot:

   I came back for this season too, and immediately got gifted a Quas cruiser from a mate, so that was nice.

The changes they're rolling out seem really solid. Good rewards for investment of time, some really good endgame gear sets and story stuff. I was very impressed with the wrapup to the Iconian arc and the new arc looks very interesting.

   Also, the Terran set's shield graphic is nice enough looking that I may finally have found a replacement for my trusty Nukara shield.
