Hiya all,

My name is Stephen though online I tend to prefer Resonance and/or Res.
I consider myself quite proficiant with computers & electronics (including telecomunications) though that could be because I am Situated in a town with very little in the way of publicly available resourses for the average intelectual, this town being Broome, a small town in Western Australia where sports are very popular :(

I got introduced to this place through various ways such as

that good!!!)

Anyway, I'm the basic weird teenager (one is still considered a teen when they're 18 right? ). I like all types of music but mostly Classical, Techno and Jpop including but not limited to all Anime and Manga music. I enjoy a rather unexplainable talent when it comes to coooking, though I supose it's not that strange considering how much I like to eat ^_^. Also I read, and I mean READ. My room is littered with books simply because they wont all fit in the bookcase and theres not enough room on my desk for them either. I am steadily building a respectable collection of anime videos, I know DVD is WAY better, but I can't afford or be bothered getting a DVD player, I want one of the ones on www.codefreedvd.com and the state the aussie dollar is in at the moment they're quite expensive to an aussie like me. I am also a fully fledged coffee and/or caffeine addict, expresso, latte, general mug of joe, you name it I have a coffe machine for it, and I tend to drink it rather strong and can't seem to dislike having a splash of vanilla essence with it. I also have a close relative of the Couch-O-Death(TM) known as Couch-Of-The-Living-Dead, basicly it's a couch that should have been taken to the dump years ago, but it has it's uses. It has holes it the fabric at the side of the arms that make for great storage places and it is also the right length so that one arm acts as a head rest and the other acts as a foot rest so it's great after those late nights at the computer that I want to read something I printed out for later review.

I'm also trying my hand (keyboard?) at fanfics, writing them that, rather more difficult than I though to write a story which other people are going to read, you kinda begin to worry if it's good enough. I've written stories before which others read, way back in primary school I even won a contest for it, but after that it was just small stories in notebooks that now reside in my bookshelf.

I'm currently studying at the "Kimberly College Of TAFE", getting my Cert 4 of IT and my cisco certificate (hoping I get a high enough mark to qualify to become an instructor, just to have something to fall back on). You wouldn't belive how hard it is to get into the IT business here in Broome, most techies here are from Perth and don't have much confidence in The quality of local computer enthusiasts aparently, pity.

I play Ancient Anguish (the MUD) and sometimes drift on Undernet in the VX channels just to keep on the lastest news, and I muck around at www.hackerslab.org, much thanks to the guys who made that place ^_^ wargames are much better than being an idiot and wrecking something someone spent a good deal of time on.
