"Dr Mordin Solus: A Modern Major General"
|
I picked up all the ME2 DLC to play through in anticipation of the new game (speaking of, the multiplayer demo is actually pretty fun), and just finished the Shadow Broker mission. Which gives you more expanded dossiers on all the crew members. Dr Mordin Solus is apparently a bit of an actor, with the following credits to his name: The Pirates of Penzance (Interspecies Community Theater), as Major-General Stanley Iolanth (ICT), as Lord Chancellor Hamlet, as Polonius "Science Fun Today!"<1> as himself "Science Round-Table: Rights of the Patient" as himself "The Facts of Faith" as himself I love the ME universe writers. So very, very much.
<1> Oh, please, oh please let this be a New Avalon Public TV show in UF -- -Pasha ("Spc Solus suggests clocacal obstruction is in fact Kirrahe's cranium") What was that feeling again? Oh yes. -Rage- |

I loved the little things they put in the dossier of the various characters. Like how Legion was banned from multiplayer shooters because he was a bot and bombed at dating simulations. The video clips were pretty hilarious what with the reporter getting knocked on her backside by a Krogan. If I remember correctly there's a subtle reference to reveal who Liara's other parent was. All in all good fun! ------------ My not so humble contribution to cyberspace http://cgwolfgang.deviantart.com/ |

>I seem to recall there's a conversational tree in which, in the course >of exploring Mordin's past with him, you can actually get him to >sing "I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General" to >Shepard. That's the link Star Ranger 4 put up earlier in this thread. =) this world created by the hands of the gods everything is false everything is a LIE the final days have come now let everything be destroyed

LAST EDITED ON Mar-12-12 AT 07:18 AM (EDT) I kind of want a Mordin/Wrex road movie. (ME3 dialogue, highlight to read)
"Thresher maw getting closer!" "Tell me something I don't know!" "Metal in vehicle excellent iron supplement for maw's diet!"
(end ME3 dialogue) (edited for accuracy) -- With great power come great perks. |
