No, I mean literally envisioning characters (often who are not canonically musicians) performing music. In this case, it involved picturing Kaban and Serval from Kemono Friends fronting the Leo Moracchioli cover of Bloodhound Gang's "The Bad Touch", which is doubly incongruous because "The Bad Touch" is one of the lewdest songs in pop music and those two are the most wholesome and adorable couple in the entire history of crypto-lesbian subtext. --G. you and me, baby, ain't nothin' but mammals so let's do it like they do on the Discovery Channel -><- Benjamin D. >From the realm of Leo covers, I submit >this as more fitting to the source >material while still causing a few raised eyebrows. Given that there are three different fox Friends just in the first season of the anime, the potential for confusion is real, and also amusing. >"'The Bloudhound Gang's <insert song> is one of the lewdest songs >in pop music' is a statement that always evaluates as >TRUE" I'm impressed by their ability to write lyrics that are so clever and so moronic at the same time. I mean, "Love, the kind you clean up with a mop and bucket / Like the lost catacombs of Egypt, only God knows where we stuck it"? Tellin' you. --G. "Fennec doesn't sound anything like that, no da!" >Scarlet Devil Musicians. Oddly enough, the stages model didn't apply this time. This time the process sort of went straight from "hullo, who's this?" to "ah christ it's 5 AM again". That usually means something. I'm not sure what, but something. --G. -><- Benjamin D.
