Heh. You sound like my father. (He's a mechanical engineer by trade, and has worked in industrial project management most of his career.) We were watching TV on his lunch hour the other day, and something came up regarding the Guggenheim Bilbao. He snorted and said, "You can tell an architect designed that goddamn thing."
