Interestingly, just before this epic work came out, I'd been (re)playing Watch Dogs 2. And in it is a notable section about private launch companies putting satellites into space, which leads to a mission breaking into the assembly building of one such company.Around the room where this assembly happens are a bunch of sound files speaking about the development of space craft as opposed to ships or airplanes, and how a space craft would not be constrained to shapes in the same way as either a ship or a plane, i.e. not needing a certain hull shape or wings, but instead would most likely be shaped to protect the crew from the vagaries of space.
Of course, the Agni V wouldn't be dependent on what an earth-designed-and-built craft would, but I still found the contrast very interesting, and apropos.
