It is here in the more densely populated parts of the world, where you actually have to pay non-trivial amounts of money for an FM license, but it looks largely not in northern Maine.

Searches show there is still a licensed AM station in Millinocket, WSYY-AM, but judging by its Wikipedia article it definitely seems to fall into the "forgot to turn it off" category.
