Mm, she will have just missed it, because Sakuya disappeared in 1870. Before then, she was in the habit of occasionally venturing out to pick up various things, including new music and musical supplies (such as the accordion she bought in Paris in the 1830s), so she might have brought home a copy if it had been available. Afterward, Remilia never went out and stopped using the music room.
As such, she's never heard it, but it's one of G's favorite classical (well, technically Romantic) pieces, so she's certain to be exposed to it sooner or later, and I expect she'll enjoy it. It has a lot of dark whimsy about it, and in certain of her moods, Remilia Scarlet is all about dark whimsy. :)
