The first game is linear in the same way KotOR is. Same base game engine.

The second still follows the linear narrative although it's a new engine developed in house.

The third is a TES-style open world game.

They're all quite good if you like the Slavic (specifically Polish) take on medieval fantasy. Think Brothers Grimm before they were forced to sanitize their folklore collections.
